Willow Creek Site Reservations

The classic Room Request Form can be used by district staff to reserve rooms at Willow Creek Center. Note that room capacities are currently normal, and not limited to the "Covid capacity" numbers. Please email the completed form to wccfrontdesk@mdusd.org. It is highly recommended that you check the Willow Creek Calendar first to make sure the dates and rooms you want are available. You will be sent a confirmation email the week prior to your meeting, or as soon as possible to notify you if we can't accommodate your request for any reason.
